10th Annual WOD for toys!

This is CrossFit Salvo's 10th annual WOD 4 Toys event on Dec. 3rd, 2022. The competition is being held at CrossFit Salvo in Brighton, Colorado. This is a team CrossFit competition benefiting children who are in need. The competition will consist of 24 4 person teams (MMFF).

Movement list is posted.  These are metcon weights.  If a ladder/max is present, expect to see some heavier weights.   On complex gymnastics movements, please have 1 athlete on your team that can complete them.  There will be a modification for MU IE 4 Chest to Bars.  Odd Objects will vary in weight.
